About Mike Bernard

Originally from Virginia I met my wife, an AZ native, in 2003 and after one visit to AZ decided to call it my new home. We first lived in Scottsdale and then moved to Gilbert in 2007 with our two beautiful daughters. We built a home in Seville and absolutely love the community. I attended George Mason University and studied business management. Since college, I have owned and operated a few small businesses including a landscape design company, casino event company, and a paintball store and field. Most recently, I was in the bar business before entering real estate. Through these experiences, I realized the lost art of customer service. Being genuine and relatable, going the extra mile, a simple smile, anticipating needs, knowledge of industry, and overall experience are all vital parts of an enjoyable and smooth transaction. I bring these qualities into the real estate field. Pulling from my experiences of running small businesses, I have created an effective strategy to price, market, and sell your home for the best price. Being in the bar business gave me the network to really understand the area and market trends. What areas are hot, what are not. What’s in, and what’s out.
